Health Hustle is a camp for all ages and athletic abilities that involves group training, stations, individual exercise, and discussions.
You will learn how to perform exercises, your own personal strengths and weaknesses, and basic (and advanced) nutrition and exercise science!

3 group sessions per week, free Power Up Strength resistance bands (pack of 5), Access to coach Joel with the ability to email questions, send exercise videos for feedback and tips, discounts on personal training and programming, and soon, an E-Book written by coach Joel Conroy!
What you will receive when joining?
Health Hustle takes place in the Fellowship Academy weight room and is offered Monday and Thursday evenings @7-8pm and Saturday mornings @10-11am. Note- you are not required to come to every session. Only when you are available to come!
